Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work alongside caregivers, delivering daily nursing care per each resident's plan of care. You will provide companionship, observe changes, and support residents with activities of daily living at Westlake Health Campus in Commerce, MI.

We offer a weekend package with shifts on weekends and a $2.50/hour incentive between Friday 6pm and Monday 7am, plus additional shift differentials for evenings or nights.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification.
• 0-1 years of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
