Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Elkhart, IN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support daily resident care and wellbeing. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, caring environment within Greenleaf Health Campus.

Weekend shifts with an incentive of $2.50/hour plus standard weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered. High school diploma or GED and CNA certification are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification (CNA).
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in condition; make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
