Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Ottawa, OH is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. CNAs provide daily nursing care, companionship, and support based on each resident’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience not mandatory but 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, transporting).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
