Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily nursing care and activities of daily living at Westlake Health Campus in Commerce, MI. You will work as part of a caring team, providing companionship, observation, and essential services according to each resident's plan of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed; collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
