Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily nursing care and individualized plans. You will provide compassionate care, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with care teammates to ensure comfort and well-being.

The role includes weekend shifts with a $2.50/hour incentive and additional evening/night differentials. A HS diploma or GED and an active CNA are required, with 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, transfers, positioning).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them.
• Collaborate with team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to residents.
