Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work alongside caregivers, delivering daily nursing care and personalized support based on each resident’s plan of care.

You will provide companionship, observe residents, and report changes while collaborating with a care team to ensure comfort and safety. Weekend shifts include a $2.50/hour incentive and additional evening/night differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification (CNA).
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, mobility, transfers).
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
