Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT) certification is required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English proficiently; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all unit phones and messages to appropriate staff.
• Schedule patient tests, appointments, and consults per physician/RN direction.
• Maintain patient medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
