Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while delivering compassionate care in a Texas facility.

You will monitor safety and comfort, assist with mobility and transfers, and observe for any changes in condition to report promptly. When not transporting, you will assist with CNA duties to support the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
• Pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents condition and report concerns.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique and devices.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
