Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while providing compassionate care. You will support the team with CNA duties when not transporting, ensuring comfort and safety throughout travel.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Age at least 25 years for insurance requirements.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification on Texas.
• Able to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Excellent communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals as needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
