Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks an (CNA) in Training Program Instructor (RN/LPN) to oversee and advance the Certified Nursing Assistant program. You will ensure accreditation and alignment with IN Licensing Board standards while leading facility-based schools and related training activities.

Ideal candidates hold RN or LPN credentials in Indiana with teaching or curriculum development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualificações

• RN or LPN in Indiana
• Experience as an instructor in a nursing education program
• Knowledge of education methods and accreditation procedures
• Ability to analyze programs and make recommendations
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing (MS Office)

Responsabilidades

• Organize and oversee the Certified Nursing Assistant program
• Maintain Nursing program accreditation with the IN Board of Nursing
• Develop affiliations with clinical agencies to meet accreditation standards
• Develop curriculum and enhance instruction within the Nursing department
• Prepare and monitor program budget and equipment needs
• Participate in committees and professional development
• Promote the nursing program in the community
• Respond to students, clients, faculty and vendors during business hours
• Demonstrate sound judgement in position-related decisions
• Maintain training, licensure and confidentiality
