Apploi is seeking a CNA in Training Program Instructor (RN/LPN) to oversee the Certified Nursing Assistant program, ensure accreditation with the Indiana Licensing Board, and guide facility-based schools.

The role requires nursing licensure in Indiana, instructional experience, and strong knowledge of education methods and program evaluation. Flexible scheduling and strong collaboration with clinical partners are expected.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN in Indiana.
• Experience as an instructor in a nursing education program that includes teaching courses, managing learning experiences, evaluating student achievement, and contributing to curriculum development.

Responsabilités

• Organize, administer, and continually improve the Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Maintain Nursing program accreditation through the Indiana Board of Nursing.
• Develop affiliations with clinical agencies and ensure accreditation standards compliance.
• Develop curriculum and enhance instruction within the Nursing department; teach courses where applicable.
• Prepare and monitor the Nursing program budget and maintain student labs and equipment.
• Participate in academic and professional development and college committees.
• Promote the Nursing program through community involvement.
• Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and vendors during business hours.
