Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time options, and a supportive environment focused on growth and well-being.

You'll work across multiple NYC areas including Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and surrounding counties, with professional development paths toward leadership and BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, able to follow treatment plans and collect data.
• Team player who values collaboration and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
