Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking Behavior Technicians to transition from CNA roles into Applied Behavior Analysis with children, offering hands-on training and a clear path to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
