Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions. You will identify residents before procedures, maintain accurate records, and report changes in conditions to the Nurse Supervisor. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as per care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and assist with care activities.
• Record entries accurately and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse and follow facility policies.
