Job summary

Crown Rehab and Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking a reliable CNA Staffing Coordinator to join the management team. You will partner with the DON to ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and coverage across units, while maintaining positive relationships with staff and departments.

This full-time role requires a CNA license, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Staffing Director within a nursing center or healthcare setting is preferred.
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and the ability to handle stress, change, and unexpected occurrences.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CNA license required.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily tardiness and absenteeism calendars.
Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure appropriate unit coverage.
Consult with nursing staff and supervisors regarding staffing and scheduling needs to reduce or eliminate problems.
Assist employees with the accurate and timely completion of Time Request Forms.
Contact employees by phone, email, text, and other methods to keep worksheets and schedules up to date.
Answer employee calls regarding staffing and scheduling.
