Crown Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care. You will provide personalized daily living assistance, encourage social engagement, and ensure safe, accurate documentation and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Missouri CNA certification.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, ensuring appropriate care and follow-up actions.

CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
