Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care. We offer 12-hour Saturday and Sunday shifts and a competitive pay package.

You will provide personalized care for residents, encourage social interaction, and help keep residents safe and comfortable. Prior MO CNA certification is required, along with being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Missouri CNA certification.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, ensuring proper care, assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary, and follow up to correct any issues.
