Job summary

Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities community in downtown Pitman, NJ, is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to build and manage the daily CNA staffing schedule so every shift is covered and to support residents and staff with meals, activities, and transportation.

You’ll coordinate resident schedules and service plans with the care team, take part in care planning meetings, share updates with families, track supplies, and answer scheduling questions from CNA staff.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care setting.
• Prior experience with staff scheduling and workforce coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the daily CNA staffing schedule so every shift is covered.
• Step in to support residents and staff with meals, activities, and transportation.
• Coordinate resident schedules and service plans with the care team.
• Take part in care planning meetings and share updates with families.
• Track supplies and place orders as needed.
• Answer CNA staff questions about scheduling and coverage.
