Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities community in downtown Pitman, NJ, is seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to build and manage the daily CNA staffing schedule so every shift is covered and to support residents and staff with meals, activities, and transportation.
You’ll coordinate resident schedules and service plans with the care team, take part in care planning meetings, share updates with families, track supplies, and answer scheduling questions from CNA staff.
$25.99–$27.45/hour, based on experience. Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, with occasional weekends. No rotating overnight shifts.
