• Provide exceptional customer service to facility staff and CNAs.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility staff and CNAs.
• Monitor staffing metrics and trends.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
