Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Nurse Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the Guests’ needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time.
• Secures coverage for vacancy shifts, open positions, vacations and staff call-offs.
• Maintains master schedule and log of all clinical staff schedule worked hours.
• Assists the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of all hours worked by nursing staff.
• Records employee attendance and communicates with DON and ADON when issues arise.
• Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility.
