Job summary

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. You will provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents' comfort and safety in a fast-paced setting.

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow infection-control and facility safety procedures
