Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and provide person-centered care in our Peabody, Massachusetts community.

We offer competitive pay ($20.00–$25.00 per hour) plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time schedules and $5,000 for full-time schedules, along with medical/dental/vision coverage and a range of benefits to support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
