Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care at our beautiful Peabody, MA community. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents' needs while promoting comfort and belonging.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$25.00) with sign-on bonuses for eligible schedules, comprehensive health

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
