Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, provide person-centered care, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet each resident's needs.

We offer competitive pay at $20.00–$25.00 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time schedules and $5,000 for full-time, plus comprehensive benefits, education assistance and growth opportunities as we expand our communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state of work.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Provide person-centered care focusing on resident preferences.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs.
