Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a 90-acre continuing care retirement community in Peabody, MA. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly.
