Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care in a vibrant, resident-focused community in Peabody, MA. Eligible part-time or full-time team members receive a $3,000–$5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and education assistance.

Competenze

• 1+ year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state you work in.
• Basic computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans with emphasis on comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
