Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care at our Peabody, MA community. You will work closely with the clinical team to meet residents' needs with compassion and professionalism.

We offer competitive pay in the $20.00–$25.00/hour range, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time, $5,000 for full-time, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and education

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state you are working
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist residents in activities of daily living
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on strengths and preferences
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly
