Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required or in process.
• Experience in long-term care and memory care preferred.
• Ability to respond promptly in emergencies and follow HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Monitor and record vitals, report changes to nursing staff.
• Support hospice care and safe transfers using proper techniques.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
