Job summary

Royal invites you to join our skilled nursing facility as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where you will help residents with daily living, monitor vitals, and support memory and sub-acute care. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety, while upholding HIPAA and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term, sub-acute, or memory care settings preferred.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Support hospice care and collaborate with nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean environment and deliver resident-centered care.
