Job summary

The Ponce Therapy Care Center in St. Augustine, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join their team for the 3-11 shift. Full-time and part-time sign-on bonuses are offered: $2,000 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Florida.
• Current/active CPR certification preferred.
• At least one year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work well within a team.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
• Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, dressing and oral care.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report condition changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist in data collection for MDS and care plans.
