Terrace of Saint Cloud in Florida is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will work closely with nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort and to document care accurately.

The role requires an active Florida CNA license, adherence to facility policies, and compassionate resident interaction. A sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess and maintain a clear and active CNA certification.
• Must possess and maintain an Eligible/Clear AHCA Background Screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and record actions.
• Follow facility policies and document entries in the medical record.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity and ensure a calm environment.
