Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in North Saint Paul is seeking caring, dedicated caregivers to join our intimate assisted living and memory care communities. If you have a heart for seniors, you’ll provide personalized care and companionship to residents daily.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, medication assistance (training provided), light housekeeping, and meaningful engagement. We offer onboarding training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with good communication, empathy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you’re experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM, PM, and NOC shift availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
