Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Saint Paul, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs/NARs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. You will provide person-centered care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and help create a warm, home-like community where each day is meaningful.

We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork. Training is provided; AM shift (6AM-2PM) may be available, and weekend availability is required. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.

About The Role

We are looking for CNA/NAR who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment.

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
