Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Minnesota is seeking compassionate CNAs/NARs to provide person-centered care in our West Saint Paul community. You will work directly with residents to support daily living activities, mobility, and meaningful engagement, all while maintaining safety and dignity in a warm, home-like setting.

We offer on-site roles with a PM shift (2pm-10pm), training, and opportunities for growth, plus benefits to help protect your health and financial future.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to pass medications; training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy and reliability.
• PM shift (2pm–10pm).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Provide medication assistance under supervision and report changes.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to leadership.
• Respond calmly and quickly in emergencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for CNA/NAR who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment.

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM shift (2pm-10pm)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
