Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers to join our team in Eagan. You will work with residents in a person-centered care environment, providing personalized support and companionship to seniors in assisted living and memory care settings.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, mobility support, medication help (training provided), activities, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• NOC Shift (10pm-6am)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
