Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Lakeville, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support daily living activities in a warm, supportive setting.

We offer paid onboarding, medical/dental, PTO, life insurance, 401(k), and growth opportunities. All shifts PT/FT; AM shift 6AM-2PM; weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role
