Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Plymouth, MN provides high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate communities. We’re growing and seeking caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors and delivering person-centered care.

You’ll work directly with residents to provide personalized care, assist with daily activities, mobility, medications (training provided), engage in meaningful activities, and report changes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

• On Call availability for AM Shift (6AM-2PM)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
