Good Samaritan invites qualified CNAs to join our not-for-profit facility dedicated to providing high-quality care in a Christian environment. The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves residents in long-term care, delivering essential daily living assistance and compassionate support under RN supervision.

The role offers full-time evening shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board or in process of obtaining certification
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing
• Record vital signs and document resident care interactions
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies
• Assist with meals, dining, housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Support wellness and recreational programs for residents
• Communicate changes in resident condition to charge nurse
• Assist with transfers and mobility using proper techniques
