Good Samaritan in Waconia, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care during scheduled shifts. You'll assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support the nursing team under the supervision of an RN.

This role emphasizes infection control, safe transfers, and compassionate interaction with residents. Training is provided; CNA certification is required or in process within four months. Earn daily pay access and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior CNA experience preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board or in process within four months.
• Continuing education credits maintained annually (12 hours).

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, mobility and intake/output as needed.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes; communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Support infection control and safety policies; assist with transfers and ROM as directed.
