Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily supportive care to residents under nursing leadership. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support residents in activities of daily living while promoting dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, monitoring resident comfort, documenting care, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification in one or more states referenced (MO/IL/PA)
• Strong communication with residents and families
• Prior experience with direct patient/resident care preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains residents’ comfort and provides activities of daily living
• Assists with personal care and supports resident independence
• Observes and reports changes to the nurse
• Participates in care/service plans to improve lives
• Assists with meals and feeds when needed
• Builds meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Supports resident involvement in daily activities
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed staff
• Documents care provided in clinical records
• Maintains a clean and safe environment
