Harmony Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily living assistance to residents in our community in Glenshaw, PA. You will help residents with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and participate in recreational activities, while documenting care and reporting concerns to the nursing team.

The role requires a valid CNA license, strong communication, and the ability to lift and assist residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods and to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports incidents involving residents and completes appropriate documentation.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents to and from dining room and activities.
• Communicate resident status and appointments to staff.
• Provide emotional support during move-in transition.
• Document resident changes in daily logs and clinical records.
