Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality assistance with activities of daily living at our Hanover, PA-like facility. You will report incidents, maintain policies, assist residents with daily tasks, and support activity planning while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, dining/meal supervision, and timely communication of resident status to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep resident areas clean and safe.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Assist residents to and from dining and activities, and monitor attendance.
