Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Report incidents to supervisors and nursing staff.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of resident areas.
• Assist in planning and conducting activities.
• Provide emotional support during move-ins and transitions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
