Harmony Senior Services in Dover, Delaware, is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance and engage residents in meaningful activities. You will support independence, report concerns, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include aiding with meals, mobility, housekeeping, incident reporting, and staying calm during emergencies. A current CNA license and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Organized, cooperative and able to work with all levels of staff.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report incidents and document patient status to appropriate staff.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain clean resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies; maintain confidentiality.
• Plan and conduct activity programs; assist with move-in transitions.
• Document in Daily Log and clinical records; notify families as directed.
