Heritage Senior Living in Greenfield, Wisconsin, is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants for part-time and PRN/casual roles. You will provide personalized support to residents to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

CNAs are desirable but not required; training is available. The team offers competitive wages, benefits, shift differentials, and opportunities to grow within a supportive environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Provide care per Individual Service Plan (ISP).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond to calls and alarms.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment and build relationships with residents and families.
