Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to join our team in Pewaukee, WI. You will provide personalized care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. CNA certification is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.
• Ability to safely use resident transfer and mobility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and daily living activities.
• Provide care per Individual Service Plan (ISP).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Complete wellness checks and respond to calls/alarms.
• Observe changes and report concerns promptly.
• Accurately document resident care and services.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment; build relationships with residents and families.
