Heritage Senior Living in Elm Grove, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to provide personalized care that supports residents’ independence and quality of life. You will assist with daily activities and document care while respecting rights and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable but not required.
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and daily living activities.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to calls and alarms.
• Observe for changes in condition or behavior and report concerns.
• Accurately document resident care and services.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
