Job summary

Heritage Senior Living in Greenfield, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to provide personalized care and support, helping residents maintain independence and quality of life.

You'll assist with activities of daily living, document care, and ensure safety. CNA certification is desirable but not required; training and opportunities for advancement are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns
• Accurately document resident care and services
• Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements
• Participate in required meetings and training
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
