Job summary

Heritage Senior Living seeks compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to join our dedicated team in Franklin, WI. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, following ISP care plans, and ensuring resident safety and comfort.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing training. CNA certification is desirable but not required; compensation and benefits are competitive within the senior living sector.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred for candidates.
• CNA certification is desirable but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to individual service plans (ISP).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to calls and alarms.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Document resident care accurately and assist with medications when trained.
